Canellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Details:

1. Same-Day Cancellations:

   • Any appointment cancellations received on the same day of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost.

 

1. No-Shows:

   • Patients who do not cancel their appointment prior to the scheduled time and fail to show up will incur a fee equal to 100% of the appointment cost.

 

Payment Requirement:

• The cancellation fee will be required to be paid at or prior to your next appointment.
